TOMATO CHILI

Aromatic chili sambol with lots of tomato. Really good as an accompaniment to cheeses and charcuterie and tapas. Also use as a sandwich spread and as a condiment for a mild and deliciously spicy stew with meat, coconut milk or cream and seasonal vegetables. On toast with a slice of good sausage or cheese or with your fried egg.
