Hot sauce
Our Hot Sauce made from fermented habanero chili is handcrafted in Denmark in small batches and without any additives. The taste is fresh, strong, and balanced with a hint of umami from tomato. For each batch, we carefully select the chili peppers and ferment them for a minimum of 28 days before blending them with the other ingredients and bottling. Fermentation provides an extra deep and aromatic flavor that balances the chili's heat.

CHILI SAMBOLS
Our sambols are your spicy accompaniment to meals or seasoning in cooking. Papas Original chili or Black Pepper chili sambol can, for example, be served with steak, oven dishes, eggs, or used in burgers and sandwiches. The aromatic Ginger Chili sambol is fantastic for wok and other Asian dishes, and is also great mixed with soy or lime for sushi or ceviche. The milder and slightly sweet Tomato Chili sambol is good as an accompaniment to cheese, charcuterie, brunch, and tapas.

CHAI & GOLDEN CHAI
Kandy Spices chai spice and golden chai are pure spice blends for chai tea, baking or cooking. A little black tea is added to Chai Spice to make an original masala chai, and in Golden Chai the main ingredient is turmeric for the aromatic drink Golden Milk.
