Oysters - as many as you can open and eat
Fresh lime
Crushed ice

HOW TO DO IT
Open the oysters and place them on a plate with crushed ice.
Cut limes into wedges and arrange them on the platter with the oysters.
Serve the Hot Sauce on the side - so you can adjust the strength yourself.
